Has anyone owned or know something about Rouge slides? I have a coach with both slides installed by Rogue. They are out of business. I don’t have any problems but want to be versed on them before an issue arises. I am trying to figure out how the electrical is set up etc. How to manually push them back in if something goes wrong.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    Cal,

Start with your converter. They had the slide installed and at the very least they should be able to provide an owner’s manual.

To get specific advice on the forum, add a signature line with some basic information such as you type coach, model year, converter and any other information to enable answers that target your coach specifically.

Do that in your profile. The button is at the top of the blue buttons on the main forum page.

Coach was worked on 2005 or 6 after it left Marathon. I am 3rd or 4th owner. The coach paperwork does not contain any info on the slides.

    Cal,

If your coach is a 2001 and your Marathon bus number is around 700 you have HWH slides not Rouge.

They only used Rogue for a couple coaches in the mid nineties I believe, I hope you don’t have Rouge.

Both Rouge and HWH are hydraulic

Classic Rogue Coach slide indicator is driver side bay doors are hinged at bottom. First Marathon to have Rogue Coach technology was a 1997 Marathon Coach H3-45, #474. Rogue used HWH technology but had rubber squeegee slide seals instead of air bladder seal. There are a couple XLII’s out there The previous owners had a Rogue convert after interior conversion. One comes to mind, Coach 723 is 2001 kitchen slide, and Coach 501 which is a 1999 XL45 with rivets converted after build

There are other riveted coaches with Rogue technology, 409, 475 501, 512, 513, to list a few

    Jim,

That is impressive information. A little creepy, but impressive.
