Replacement of Dash with modern switching and ligh
Has anyone had a new dash panel installed to replace the 90’s panel?
Any problems after the exchange.What was cost?

Remember asking Jeff Rowe at East Tennessee Luxury Coach about that a number of years ago. He pointed me to a company that did upgraded dash and instrument panels for aircraft, trucks and RVs. But I can’t remember the name of the company.
I’ve peaked under the dash of our 99 XLV Liberty a few times. The amount of wiring and switches is likely overwhelming for most people. If you’ve got the skill sets to tackle it by yourself, I’m in awe. If you have it done for you I’d expect the cost to substantial because all I can visualize is lots of labor.
If you get to EAA AirVenture in Oshkosh, I suspect there will be a number of vendors with displays that can do the job for you.

Why not preserve the original dash and use a Silverleaf VMSpc (windows) or BlueFire bluetooth (iOS, Android, or windows) setup which hooks into the diagnostic port near the driver and allows you to see what your DDEC is actually seeing?? An iPad or small windows computer and the associated hardware is certainly cheaper than a complete dash/gauge redesign and build, and you can see any error codes that are set to boot.
