  • Repairs at ETLC

Posted by Archived on May 6, 2017 at 7:59 pm

Just a quick plug for the guys at ETLC. I was there this past week and had some laminate repair done as well as new front window shades installed and a host of other things done. I made a list over the winter, and this was my first trip out this year.

The laminate repair is so good, you can not tell it from original, and the new shades look great. I got white on the out facing side to cut down on solar heat gain up front while parked. The orignal ones were black on both sides which soaked up the sun and made it much too hot up front.

They also repaired the steps in the entry where there was some damage to the plastic that Liberty puts over the wood. It looks much better, and they used the same material that Liberty did when they built the coach.

The rest of the list ran from Crestron repair to normal chassis maintenance. We got pretty much everything on the list done in the time I had.

If you need work done, head out and see Jeff. Buddy and Fred may still be there, and the stories and bs will keep you entertained.

Do you think Buddy and Fred will bag some of the BS they are spreading and bring it to my garden?

I’m betting the area covered by the bs is probably more farm size than garden……….now if I could get it to Iowa, I could cut my production costs way down……………….

Come on down and bring a big trailer Jon, as it is getting pretty deep and starting to flow out into the parking lot.

It was getting so deep that Fred had to sweep it out of the shop area so they could keep working. That was what the picture of him with a broom was from…also why there were stains on the floor.

We were at ETLC at the same time as Mark. The BS was flowing! But, we also got a lot of quality work done.

2 cruise air fixed, OTR air fixed, 4 drive tires, small air leaks found and fixed. Great work by Jeff and his workers. Buddy and Fred made sure we had plenty to talk about and kept us entertained.

A bunch of the Oyster Fest crowd ended up at ETLC. Almost amounted to a Rally.

Dan, Josh and Allen did great work for us and Jeff went over the top trouble shooting my air conditioning problems.

    Sorry Gang but I’m new at this…What does ETLC stand for? I assume it’s a dealer/maintenance facility…

    Thanks
