Radiator Work
So as I mentioned, I had to have some work done on my radiator due to a small leak. After getting the radiator pulled and bringing it to a shop, it was determined the radiator was actually in very good condition. Core was fine, side cans were fine. Pulled everything apart and cleaned the core (no corrosion) as well as cleaned the end cans, pressure tested each part individually, then built it back up with new seals on the end cans, new bolts/nuts and a new coat of paint. Almost looks new. This took the local shop 2 days to complete.
Refinished Radiator:

The real bad part was the base plate/mount. Was rusted beyond me wanting it back on the coach. Jeff pointed me to a local metal shop who made a replacement for me based on the original plate. Not perfect, but will do the job. The plasma cutting to get the cutouts were done by hand so they are not straight, but it was done the same day and cost the same price that Prevost wanted for a new one that they couldnt get to me for over a month.
Primed it, painted it with engine paint and should do me good for a while.
Old plate:
New one (have all new rubber pads/washers/nuts/bolts to go on):
