R22 STOP LEAK IN CRUISE AIR
Has anyone had any experience using R22 Stop leak in a Cruise Air System? I have a slow leak in one of my units, and have not been able to find the leak. It will last about 3 weeks. A local HVAC guy suggested that, I am not sure I want to try that.

Somewhere along the way cruise airs came with fluorescent dye so you might be able to find the leak that way.I have found that the glands at the high and low pressure valves are subject to leaking,also the hot gas bypass valves at some point were made out of plastic and AAP has advised me to remove them.I would call Johnny at AAP as he is the guru and they have extensive knowledge on cruise airs.
