Quite time with your coach
OK, this may sound dumb but I was working at the coach today and while doing another chore I was sitting in the second bay curbside. Marathon XL. I kept hearing what sounded like a breaker ? cycling on and off. This was in the electric boxes front side of bay. I know/don’t think it was a breaker. Probably a relay? Anyhow, does anyone have any idea what this might be? I had good shore power at the storage bay and the only thing I could see on the electric panel in the bedroom was that the Aux Power light was flashing. I had good AC in and was in bulk charge due to being unplugged several hours while washing the coach. Any ideas? Something I need to be concerned about?

That aux reset light will start blinking if you overload the electronics. I think the idea is that it will trip,.. rather than the breaker so you don’t have to get out of the bus. It gives you a chance to reduce the load and then it will click back on in 30 seconds (or something).
If you’re still overloaded then it will trip on again. Perhaps you are overloaded and don’t know OR something is wrong with that circuit/setup.
our bus used to click a lot… it turned out to be the timer involved in that aux reset circuit. Marathon replaced it and it’s been solid ever since.
I could see the offending part when I opened the big panel in the 2nd bay. It has an led and it kept flickering in a “wrong” way. That’s what led to figuring out which part was causing all the clicking.

On mine the Array Controller is located in the bedroom closet and each 120 volt button selection causes a click, the breaker opening/closing. When I get the red aux blinking light, I don’t recall any clicking. What Walt says makes sense, may have the circuit over loaded.
