Pulling a tag axle coach outta the mud

I found this video really interesting; have some concerns that I hope someone on the Forum like Prevost Service could opine on. Keep in mind I missed the maintenance seminar that had the towing demo.
Is it proper to pull a Prevost backwards like was done in the video? I’m concerned about possible damage to the engine cradle on a Prevost. Or was the coach frame and the standard engine cradle designed for this type of a pull. Thinking about it, I’m not sure what alternative there is.
If you read some of the comments below the video you see one suggesting that anyone driving a tag axle coach should have a CDL. (I actually think we should have a CDL if the coach has air brakes or is more than 30 or 32 feet long, but that’s another conversation).
I kinda question whether Sonny (the apparent coach owner/driver) should be driving a coach that large based on (1)where he got himself stuck (he shoulda known the off concrete dirt would be a quagmire after all the rain and wouldn’t support the coach), (2) it appears he tried to “rock” the coach because it appears to me to dug a hole with the drive wheels, and (3) once he got out on the highway he didn’t turn the rear end soon enough and almost backed off the pavement into the ditch (and he was turning left which leaves him with a really great view and makes backing easy). I don’t think that Sonny uses good judgement.
I like all the tools and toys on tow truck. That was really interesting.

I watch that guys video’s quite often.
I saw that video a while back. He did a good job for a plastic coach…..

Yes pulling from the rear is fine and there are also a couple of holes you can get to on a Prevost other than the hitch….pulling backwards and lifting are different as well

My thoughts are now that pulling straight back is OK, but trying to lift the rear of the coach from the frame in back (essentially the engine cradle I would think) is not to be done.
