Ptevost Service Centers
On the Face book Prevost Owners a person commented about the Winter Haven service center. Several said they didn’t know there was a service center in Winter Haven
I searched service centers on Prevostcar and their map of service center shows numerous locations with a red flag in some and a black in others which are listed as Prevost, The red ones have the name of a private business.
So is Prevost recognizing certain business to do their work?
The winter Haven site is Nextran truck center

The new Prevost Service Center on the west side of Orlando is:

Roy, correct. I’ve used the Winter Garden facility and they provide awesome service. They were actually able to source a Marathon hub cap to replace the one they damaged during balancing my wheels. I don’t know how they found it. I searched a fair amount and couldn’t find one and Marathon said they couldn’t help with that either.

The Winter Haven spot is a Volvo truck center and they only will supply parts. I believe you may have Winter HAVEN and Winter GARDEN mixed up. The Winter Garden site is a new Prevost Service Center with all the bells and whistles, except they don’t do 3 axle alignments in house.
