after not having a lot of success in finding a replacement Pro Driver display In decided to take a look inside. Inside there is a 3 volt battery that was dead AND the battery holder was disconnected from the circuit board on one side. Any chance that is the problem with the distorted display?

Tony: Where did you find it? How much costed? What did you conclude about the dead 9 volt and loose wires? You’ve piqued lots of curiosity amongst the rank and file.

Found a display at Visone RV. It was $1,0000 (I think Prevost sells a replacement for $3,500 to $4,000) and they tested and guaranteed it to work and it does. As far as the interneal battery is concerned I was told that it holds settings in memory in case of a loss on power. Mine is plugged up all the time so I am not concerned. The worse thing that can happen is you might have to set it up again which only take a couple of minutes. Good experience with those folks.

If the clock is flashing usually you can get in and set the time as well as scroll through other options. Can you navigate any of the settings?
