We may be having some work done at Prevost Houston and wondered if anyone had tips for in and out of the service center?

Just wanted to let everyone know that we had a great experience at Prevost Houston.
Their whole team did an excellent job scheduling us in, procuring parts and getting us up and running on time.
It’s good to know that there’s a Prevost service center in the area.

Great to hear – what work did you have done?

We had bus air showing low PS when we took it over there.
Henry the tech pulled out all of the Freon he could to get an idea what was going on and we had a bad front seal on compressor, a bad gasket and leaking suction hose.
They got the hose ordered in and completed all of the work.
The whole team was very professional and accommodating.
Definitely would recommend them and go back if we needed more work done.

Henry is a long-time, competent and friendly Houston Prevost employee.
Henry was VERY recently promoted to lead tech 🙂
