I don’t Twitter either.

But I have to report that I dropped and broke my flip phone a few months ago. Half the hinge was broke. I had to be awfully careful using it. Did that for about six weeks, then became concerned this wouldn’t work in the long run, I might lose my contacts, so I have kinda transitioned to an iPhone. I’m getting used to it. I miss some of the functionality of the flip phone which I liked. It has a really nice compass and level (bubble for leveling the coach, carpenter’s level to getting outlets square in new shop, and an artificial horizon in case I start flying again). Takes nice pictures, better than my old phone which makes it useful for sending pictures of problems on the coach to Jeff Rowe.

My wife talked me into going on Facebook a few years ago. I resisted. Finally I succumbed and was sucked in. What I really find it useful for is reconnecting with old girlfriends and wasting time. Its one of the most rewarding time wasters I’ve ever used. I think what’s so good about using Facebook to waste time with is the variety of the stuff that gets posted on it and the fact its interactive.
