Prevost Caravan Sighting – I-10 & 1-49 Louisiana
I passed two H series Prevosts exiting at the intersection of I-49 & I-10 in South Louisiana headed eastbound towards Baton Rouge, LA They were just as surprised to see me in an XL II as they rounded the clover leaf and we came face to face as i was exiting I-10 headed south through Lafayette.
A pair of good looking Prevosts headed to the Gulf coast but couldn’t tell the coach builder…..
life is always better in a Prevost……

They probably had their hands over their eyes to keep the reflection off the stainless from burning out their retina’s!

Windows did look a little foggy, so bet they may have that OTR a/c which is much needed down south….
just polished the XL as headed up through Tunica tomorrow, then over to parts of Tennessee before arriving in Nashville …. back through Arkansas through Lake Ouchita late next week.
My first trip out so wish me well as took delivery earlier this month…. pulling 98 jeep wrangler with newly installed Blue Ox Adventa hitch….. did go with air brake connection from coach that actuates Jeep’s brakes…
First experience in a rv of any kind so a little overwhelming. Thanks to you, Jon, Gil and others for all the information on this site. You guys inspired me and led me to buying a Prevost…….. Whatelse can be said about this site….. thanks again for all you guys do for us new buyers as we work through these technical marvels!!!

You may have seen us today.. we are enroute to Destin.. but stopped over in New Orleans for the night… however we were not very shiny being an H3-45 and in and out of rain all day. We were on I-10 at 49 headed through Baton Rouge around 2pm. today.
We were travelling on our own however so maybe there were 3 H3s out there today??

We have a tan / brown & black Vantare H3-45 and tow a black suburban.
