Power Steering lines on 99 XL chassis
Was moving a friends coach Friday, had been parked for a couple of years. Moved it about 100 yards, lost power steering, got out and found oil all under it, was coming from just in front of the drive axle! I have not looked yet to see whether it is a hose or a steel line from engine house forward. Anyone know? I drove bus about 10 miles to the shop and I was completely bushed. Two or three corners I had to back up 2 or 3 times to get around. Front tires might be down a little but they don’t look it. That coach was almost impossible to turn with it moving at slow speed. Coach has under 100k miles on it too. . .
