  • Polishing ZipDee Awning Covers

Don’t know if there’s an easier way or not? But our 18 yr old awning covers looked non-blingy and we couldn’t have that. I polished them by hand with progressively finer premium sand paper: 220, 320, 400, 600, then last with a polishing compound/wax. It took about 10 hrs, but they look much better now.

They start out anodized I think. It is likely that surface finish has failed over time. You may have to add polishing them to your schedule.
