PNW Conditions
For those that maybe thinking of going up to the Pacific North West, it’s a mess right now. We left there Friday afternoon from Eastern Washington State (wanted to get out before the high winds really made things worse then they already are). We drove through very thick smoke from Spokane WA area all the way to Butt MT. We still had some smoke down in Dillan MT the next morning when we got up and had a little through Idaho Falls ID where it finally cleared.
If you have respiratory issues don’t go up there right now. looks like conditions are only getting worse as the big fires have kicked up even more with the high winds over yesterday.
I think we went days without actually seeing the sun in some of that time, and the trip through Idaho/MT was more of the same (just worse as the smoke was brown/orange)

we live in westen washington pretty high winds yesterday; lots of branches and trees down!
