Pneumatic bay door supports source?
Does anyone have a source for bay door supports? A couple of mine are starting to get weak and need replacing.

Those are gas springs and can be bought online in many locations.

Thanks Mike, I just figured they were pretty standard for our coaches and someone had a particular source already to reduce my research.

They are not all the same, they are based on travel distance and weight. For example a heavier door will require a higher load rating, smaller door, less weight. My Bus has 3 or 4 different versions.

Prevost is usually the least expensive.
They have 2 struts. Standard and heavy, the heavy is for doors with chairs or such on the back side. The regular is for doors with no storage on the backside.

Thanks Mike, I appreciate the feedback. You were right, I called Prevost and got the standard bay door struts very reasonable from them.

Yup, replaced all of mine with parts from Prevost about 6 years ago. Big quality of life improvement.
