  • Pictures of bare Prevost slide components ?

Posted by Steve on July 18, 2020 at 6:02 pm

Where might I find pictures or drawings of the slide components used by Prevost in their slides?

Specifically, I’m looking for information on the linear bearing at each end of the slide, the rack on the underside of the linear bearing and the gear that drives it.

Do Prevost slides still have locking pins?

Is this a factory Prevost slide ?

This video has the complete history of Prevost slides. They are on Gen 4 now.

    Thank you.

Interesting. I’m particularly interested, as I just went through a gen 2 to gen 3 slide controller conversion for the front and rear slides.

Interesting that the slide seals pressure recommendation is now 8-10 psi. Sticker by the regulator states 15 psi.

Robert G (on this board) made his own slides for a (i think) 98 fire damaged shell. He should chime in here. If not look in the home builder threads.
