Tom, rec’d email confirmation from PayPal on the $200 payment but got an error message trying to input the number of people (which would be 2). Can you confirm we are registered? Thanks

I have called the RV Park several times and have heard nothing back. Is everyone else getting the same treatment?
I know they have closed the park for the season but thought they would be taking reservation and deposits?

Don’t feel bad, I have 2 calls and 2 e-mails getting ignored. They may not be officially open yet. One thing for sure, don’t call the 800 number for Sun, that’s a real cluster.

If memory serves, last year, after numerous attempts to contact them we found out the national reservations system was not able to handle rallies, and the Petosky resort folks weren’t even on site until after May 1st. Even then we still had a bit of a challenge getting a real person to answer the phone. Wouldn’t expect it to be much different this year…

Signed up. Did call the 888 number and they did find our group and made the reservation. Relatively easy after explaining we are a rally. She did find it listed as “Prevost Community”
Looking forward to the trip and a relaxing time.

That’s good to know Chris.. This week on Monday I talked to the main Sun Resort office and bitched about being ignored in Petoskey and they were going to get the regional manager involved and someone would be back to me. Here is the response 3 days later.
