PC Emergency and Assistance Map – Needs Your Help
Since this was just touched on in another thread, we are asking everyone to consider placing your information on the Emergency Map in order to help someone traveling that has an Emergency, needs mechanical assistance, health needs or someone close that they can contact for a variety of reasons.
It only takes a couple minutes and you could be a true friend to someone that needs help.

OK, Tom. I added us to the list. Can’t do DD rebuild, but willing to help if there is anything we can help with.

Go to the map and click on add your own map item.

You might consider adding a “catch all” category for members willing to help with whatever they can at a location. I submitted mine under the maintenance/repair label because I have room to park and work on a bus, but I’d be happy to help with rides and local resources in any event.

Chad, The last option Med Emergency Help probably should have a slash and read Med Emergency / Help (i.e. Any help) That is where I listed. I listed in the bottom box (Description) “Any assistance” as I have 50 plugs, ramps, some tools, parking, telephone(both flip and smart) Vet close by, etc.

I added my location up here in Canada as it appears that there is not many of us.
I have a place to park and lots of tools large shop.
I can assist in being a gopher at the very least.
The only medical assistance I can provide is Brain Surgery ( I’m getting good )

Maybe that’s it, Fred. I read that one as being just for medical situations. It sounds like you’re in a similar position to render assistance. I now have lots of concrete, plug ins, and a shop full of tools. And I’m always willing to provide transport, just like some guy in a VW that had set up shop at ETLC last year. 🙂

My effort got me to fill out he long / lat and then could not get that info to the map.
What did I do wrong?
