  • Pass through aisle non slide vs slide

Posted by gary on June 30, 2021 at 7:30 pm

please clarify the difference in width of an aisle on a non-slide compared to a slide RV closed. It appears to me the width of the aisle in the slide couch closed is only approximately 21 inches. Whereas a non-slide coach has approximately 32 inches in the aisle if there were two opposing couches

    Thank you Dr Gary 201-663-0935

    How high is “up”?

Questions such as the one in the first post cannot be answered because there are so many factors that influence the answer. The floor plan impacts the answer. With various slide manufacturers the answer is unknown. If the coach has a booth, J booth or a table and chairs the answer may vary. Each converter may have a different design so that affects space.

We have about 40 inches between our couch and built-in on the other side in our non-slide coach. At the most narrow it is 36 inches between the fridge and cabinet on the other side.
