I don’t remember paying to attend prior Bella Terra no rally rallies. Has something changed?

Well, I have not been reading all of the posts lately. I saw a post from Tom on Rally Changes that described why we go to rallies, but I guess I missed the one that said anything about why we are paying to go to Bella Terra, when we never have in the past.

Beginning this year with the Oysterfest at Belle Terra and going forward, we will be asking for a modest Rally fee from our members. That fee will be determined prior to the Rally announcement. We will continue to call them No Rally Rally’s because there will be no real structure or itinerary as we have done in the past. This has worked really well, allowing folks to do their own thing, spend time with other members and visit the local area at their leisure.
We think everyone will agree the purpose of our Rally’s is to see old and new friends while spending time together with a common interest in Prevost coaches. The gatherings and under awning good natured bantering is priceless. It’s truly a life style that lasts for years and people become long time friends.
So going forward starting with Bella Terra in April, it will work like this:
1. There will be a sign-up in Rally Information with payment due. As always, cancellations are handled on an individual basis, we know things happen that can’t be predicted.
2. You will still make your campground reservations direct with the campground at a discounted rate. That works best since many want to arrive in the area early or stay after the Rally
Thanks for the support, your due’s dollars at at work…..??
PS – If you already signed up at Bella Terra for your site, you still need to go to Rally Information and signup in PC and pay the fee.

Becky and I are considering a couple of extracurricular activities when we are at Bella Terra. We want to work around the PC activities at the no rally rally.
