I live in Evansville Indiana about a hour away. Let me know what your looking for?? I will check around. Jan here can be 60F or -10F with snow never know! Ohio River valley. Normal is 40F. Bob

Rick – Are you getting my e-mails?
I lived in Owensboro and can’t suggest anything. Our favorite campground in KY is Cave City on I-65, but if you’re in Owensboro, it won’t do you much good. Cave City Campground

Tom I haven’t received any emails before yesterday. I replyed this morning, let me know if you don’t receive.
Bob We are looking for a place to stop over for a couple nights. We will pulling a 20 ft trailer and don’t want to have to unhook. Back in lot is ok but drive thru would be better. We want to stay in Ownesboro or very close.
We will be visiting a niece and she lives in Owensboro. Are the campgrounds open that time of year? Thanks for your help. Rick -
Not really a abumdance in area. I will check around soon for you. There is a Diamond Lake family campground outside of town that is a large area. Ben Hawes is run by city but have no Idea if they maintain camping there any more. For my own intrest will check also. Bob.

270-229-4900 Sounds like back in only; but things could be differant in person. They are open in January. I did talk to them. Still checking. 11 miles west of Owensboro. They do have web site.
