Are those going to be allowed in the “The New Green Deal”

They could use a wind turbine in every parking lot and hope the wind blows😝

When is Prevost going to make an all electric coach.

Tom’s already in the battery business and could knock a home run with that deal.

He might even be able to share dues money with Jon.

    Buddy,

I don’t have to share dues with Jon until his garden fails, then I suppose I’ll have to give up some so he can go to Publix, but he has to go on Wednesdays, it’s senior day and they have more bogo’s.

I almost couldn’t stop my heart from beating fast when I read there may be a possibility I will finally see some dues money.

I always thought that in the future someone might try to put electric drives to propel the Coach and have diesel engines provide the electricity. The same concept of the Locomotive. Michael

Absolutely no EV or self driving for me. Out of my three cars only one has fuel injection and computers and it has given the most trouble. The newer the car, the less reliable mechanically it is. Plastic junk and the prices keep increasing and quality keeps decreasing.

Strongly disagree. I am not recognized as someone who embraces technology but I never ever want vehicles to revert back to the crap they used to be.

Back in the bad old days I was replacing plugs, points, U joints, exhaust systems, and dealing with engines that were burning oil by 80,000 miles, getting 10 MPG. They were crude with no power steering, shitty brakes, lousy tires, and rusted so fast you could hear the rust eating the entire car.

The average age of my cars is 22 years, and none have points, I haven’t changed a spark plug in decades, all have the original U joints and exhaust systems and every one starts the minute I hit the key. If I take the 15 year old Hummer out of the equation none gets less than 20 MPG. They are way too complex for me, but that complexity is way better than having cars their age in the crusher.

    Michael:

Atlanta international airport has what they tout proudly as electric Green Friendly transport buses. BUT there is a diesel engine in the back providing power for the “All electric transit bus”.

Can’t believe I’am doing this…help me understand, Buddy.

In total agreement with Jon on this post.

Owning a NAPA Auto parts store for appox. 10 years changed my opinion on car parts due to using unleaded fuel. Motors ran smoother, better fuel mileage with fuel injectors, longer lasting parts. Disc brakes …simply amazing how that has saved lives.
