OTR compressor core value/buyer?
I pulled my factory OTR recently and have this compressor sitting here. I don’t know anyone around Kansas City that does coach HVAC work. Since I don’t need it as a core exchange, I’m at a loss as to what to do with it. It was working upon removal, so the metal recycler seems like a waste. Thoughts?

Have it rebuilt as a spare.

I removed my OTR system completely. It’s just a paper weight for me.

Bought a Carrier O5G 41CFM a couple years back from a Carrier Dealer and think the core charge was $600 bucks if I would have had one. Might be able to sell to a rebuilder. Mine was still on the XL and didn’t want to pull it. It’s a Monster. All mine needed was a seal after I had drove to Corpus Christi Tx. to pick it up. Have it listed here if anybody needs one. Half price what I paid for it. Don’t need.
