Almost at the very bottom of the plastic lens. There is a ring around it which is hard to see marked oil level.

One thing when checking oil level is to insure the pin hole in the rubber plug is open. That vents the air pressure that can build as the oil and bearings warm up. If the hole is plugged it can push the plug out.
