    I mention the lights only because I am lazy and they are the quickest way to get information.

    All my lights work so I know what “normal” is. But even if some were not working I would recognize those that were out as part of “normal”.

    If a gauge read an unusual value, such as the 99 volts I would test to see if the gauge was correct.

    I’m still having trouble getting my brain wrapped around 2 inverters failing at once. and then still providing power to some items like the refrigerator. Ditto for batteries. If they are failing nothing should allow some circuits to be powered while others don’t. But at about 5 years of age they may be contributing to the problem, if not the whole problem. A single failing battery in a set can drive a person nuts.

    Yesterday Bill told me to do the following test, which I did this morning and the result was that we are now inverting with 124 volts on leg two, and 108 volts on leg one.

    The test:

    1) turn off the breaker for charger one and for charger two.

    2) turn off both inverters at the remote panel.

    3) turn off the breaker for the inverter/ converter, in my case, located in the house battery compartment behind right tag.

    4) wait five minutes (for diodes to bleed down).

    5) turn on the breaker from 3).

    6) turn on both inverters from 2).

    7) load the circuits.

    result noted above.

    Mr. Liberty has helped me so many times over the years that I should pay him whatever he wants to be a presenter at one of our seminars.

    Jeff: I did the test of turning on the microwave fan and then meter testing the outlet below it on invert mode. Result was the fan runs normal and meter says 110 volts at the outlet even though the volt meter on the control panel was showing 108.
