I’m not located in TX, we live in Pahrump NV when we’re not traveling. It’s a desert town mid way between Las Vegas and Death Valley, on the CA border. Hubby and I are considering the rally in Branson, but since we are not home yet after a 10k mile trip, it’s unlikely.

We have two rigs per my sig and decided that taking the Prevost to Alaska was not a good idea. We met a couple with a 2000 Prevost in Dawson City, YT and traveled along with them until Denali. They went over Top of the World Highway, got stuck in the mud from a construction camp and had a bulldozer pull them out, high centered at the entrance to the campground in Denali, and had to detach the dinghy so the wife could be scout on the worst roads. We really appreciated their candor and are sure we made the right decision on rigs. But it can be done, you just have to be careful. When you go, you should take your dinghy over Top of the World, not the bus.
