    Hello Everyone,

New here. Have a 1980 Prevost 35ft. Don’t know much about it other than we love it.

Look forward to asking some questions and learning more about it.

Welcome Rwest and welcome to the forum. The folks here are always willing to help. I for one would love to see some pictures of your bus both inside and out. You don’t see a lot of buses around of that vintage and I would love to see more!

    Again, welcome aboard…

Here are a few pics, furniture needs replacement. Rebuilt all three Cruiseair units. Had to use Aftermarket compressor on one unit and just service and run – start capacitors on the others, can hang meat know!

Very nice Rwest Thanks so much for posting the pictures, what a nice looking bus. Your pride of ownership is quite understandable and it’s also obvious you’re able to do a lot of work on it yourself and that’s great!

Good to have you with us,

    Harry

Very nice coach. Apparently well cared for. Do you know who did the conversion?

I found the change holder next to the driver for the toll booth interesting. I’ve never been in any of Jon Wehrenberg’s coaches, but I suspect there is one of those in each of his coaches.

Do you find the marine compass useful? Or is there too much metal around it?

i believe it was Royal. The Original Owner was in Michigan Area – so it has everything for cold climate. Still has the Model name and built for in the electrical area. The coach was currently owned in Bay Area of a friend of the family. It has been well cared for and I am lucky to have it. He (owner) was very proud of this coach and it shows…He is now older and has health issues. He did paint in 2007with some outside stainless upgrades then also.

Needs a few things taken care of, but overall is in great condition considering the age. Spedo shows 108K miles, but the odometer is not working. I sell Commercial Trucks so it looks and feels like it has about 200K on it. Generator had 382hr when I got it last month.

We are going to do new furniture and redo the bedroom area. Has small double bed. Original was a suite set up from what I was told. Might go back with that type of set up to have extra setting area.

Trying to find some photos of current rigs the same as our for comparison, but they are hard to find.

Ohh, the compass works great, but I have a portable GPS.

    Thanks for any info…

Dick, we drive a bus and when we travel on toll roads or bridges or tunnels they don’t want change, they want paper money or EZ pass. I have no change holder, but I do have a wife that can dig around in her purse to come up with the exact change.
