Mark, I would start with Liberty to see if they have one or could print one

When we bought our 1999 Liberty Prevost in May of 2014 it came with two large three-ring binders with the manuals/instructions/warranty stuff for all the things the Lliberty added/installed in the coach (Kohler generator, Amana refrigerator, Grohe faucets, microwave, inverters, electric shades, closet carosole, etc. etc. etc.).

There were no manuals for the chassis, engine, trans, or anything directly related to the Liberty conversion. I was able to obtain a “Liberty Coach” manual from Liberty. Lots of good stuff in it.

Going through Prevost Parts in Elgin (IL) I was able to obtain a Prevost owners manual ($30.60), Prevost maintenance manual ($81.56), and Prevost Parts manual ($108.46) for our coach. Now I have to commit to reading all this stuff and then building a structure in the coach to store all this stuff. The size of manuals are on the same order of magnitude of the coach itself!

Does anyone carry or have Series 60 Detriot Diesel and/or Allison trans manuals? If so, were did you get those?

If you have internet access from the coach your best bet is to bookmark the manuals you might need on your computer. The Detroit manual for example is huge. For as little as the entire manual is used it is not worth dragging it around when you can get it on the internet.

What I found is a lot of places are willing to sell it to you, but if you poke around a lot of trucking companies have put it on the internet. I don’t understand that, but I don’t care why they do it as long as I can get at it.

I see the DD manuals in CD format on ebay for $10US, Allison printed manuals run under $40US in printed format on Amazon and other internet sources.
