New Nashville Prevost manager
Had a friend http://www.tpinske.com/about.html stop by Nashville Prevost Monday 1/14/13 for some routine service on his H3 and he let me know there is a new manager at this location since he was there last and that he was very impressed with the service rendered!

Over the years we had dealings with Prevost service in NJ, TN and FL. All were uniformly excellent in the quality of the service and how we were treated as customers. A few years back (and after I was doing all my own work) various forums and personal conversations seemed to indicate the quality of the service had gone down.
Recently however for a variety of reasons I have again had personal experiences with Prevost service in TN and FL and I am happy to say the experience has been as good as we had experienced in the past.

Tim Willmuth is his name, some of you may remember him as the Parts Manager in Florida before Cindy, and more recently the Branch manager in California. Tim has transfered out to Nashville and we are glad to have him!
