    Thanks for everyone’s input, much appreciated we turn the pump off when filling with fresh water and it fills in normal time it’s all good(I think)!

    For starters, the aux air compressor in the front steer compartment was original in Oklahoma built Vantare’s of 98-2001. The one in the plumbing bay was added OR you had the Zip Dee AutoAwn air and electric patio awning.

    What you describe for fresh fill is probably the following: the water filter. Check the micro level or replace with a 10 micron water filter. The 2 micron filters available on the market are designed to finely filter low flow applications such as ice makers and fridge water dispensers, not for filling high flow applications like the tank fill. This is a common problem we see. If you want that fine a filtering for the water tank, the trade-off is lengthy fill times AND frequent filter changing.
