  • NEW DISCOUNT PROGRAM

Posted by Archived on April 22, 2014 at 4:14 pm

In case you missed it, we have another discount program in its early stages.

The button for our RV resort discount program is next to the other three buttons and is available only to Prevost Community registered members.

As soon as practical Tom and I will be contacting the best RV resorts in the country asking them to participate so you can benefit from the discounts they offer. We are trying to make the program as valuable as possible and to benefit us all by offering incentives to the RV resorts. We are offering free advertising on Prevost Community in exchange for the RV resort participating in the program. We encourage you to use the program and report back when you do.

To show proof of PC membership either print out the RV resort coupon by clicking on the discount description and then printing the coupon or show the coupon on your internet device when you check in.

We are being somewhat selective in who we ask to participate. We do not want direct competitors for those resorts that have participated in the program. We do want resorts that are first class resorts with all the amenities we would expect and who typically have Prevost conversions or other high end motor coaches in the resort. If you have recommendations or know of resorts you would like to see participate don’t hesitate to let us know, or better yet, don’t hesitate to have them contact us.

    Paul,

That’s strange, I clicked and went right to the page with our first 3 participating resorts. Could you log out and then retry please.

No worries! 10 – 20% off $100+ / night still leaves me camping elsewhere (KOA Circus Circus in Vegas, anywhere other than ORA or Motor Coach in the Indio area or TGO in Titusville).

    Bill,

I’m sorry you feel such disdain for other Prevost owners. One thing Tom and I have always known and tried to convey is that we all share the same interest and that is the Prevost coach. We had hoped to never create a venue where we measured a person based on his or her net worth.

Specifically, relating to the resort discounts, our members seem to enjoy treating themselves to spending time in and even owning lots in high quality resorts so we are targeting those places as participants in our discount program.

Keep in mind when you pull into a KOA you are viewed as one of the rich bastards because you drive a Prevost. Why not try to get to know our members as individuals and find out how nice they are. You might be surprised.

I’am also getting a message on the resort program as not logged in.

Probably an age issue or PC filter not believing I’am old enough for senior discount programs.

    Works for me…..

No one seeing MY Prevost is going to think I’m a rich bastard. Paint falling off, still dirty from the last drive in the rain or snow, smoking, barely able to get up a hill and pulling a big old work van I fit in with the regular folks pretty well. I generally even try to avoid a KOA as they are usually over priced compared to the other campgrounds available in the area. I don’t think my employer would pay for me to stay at one of those resorts anyway since I could dry camp and run my generator 24/7 cheaper than staying there. We are almost always on the move or working so we rarely use any of the facilities anyway.

A little more work is needed. When I click on the tire discount program it also takes me to the RV park discount program.
