I’m starting to think we need to re-examine our business model. Despite the fact our members pay nothing for dues or membership fees guys like the BA guy sure do complain a lot. Maybe we need a fee schedule for complaints and insults.

Just ship him so more free PC branded stuff like cup holders, pens, tablets, carry bags and anything else you can come up with and that will make him happy agin !!!!!
Tom can send him some of his old brass fittings.
