Need some clarification
Good day I have been lurking here for a while as the wife and I are looking at getting a bus to convert. Must say the knowledge here is impressive. I really feel like a duck out of water. We really want a Prevost as the styling is unparalleled. Also being a Canuck it’s nice to be able to buy something homegrown. I located a bus that is ready for conversion but, I am having some difficulty determining the exact specs of it. The seller says it is a 1976 LeMirage with a silver 92 and an allison auto. I did some research on this bus and found it was owned by Pacific Western Transportation in Alberta. On their site it is listed as a Prestige. It was delivered December 1975. I was under the impression that all Prestige units had the roof step. It’s confusing as this one does not have the step and it has square headlights. I have attached some pics of the bus. If anyone can shed some light on this it would be greatly appreciated. I am thinking of going to have a look at it next week. It is a 10 hr drive so it would be nice to know what I am looking at.
Thank you,
Dean
