Need a exciter stator
Hi have a older generator 1998 ,I have a bad exciter stator which they no longer make.wondering if anyone knows a good place to have it rewound .I checked it out I have no continuity .Generator runs great but no power

What did PowerTech (800) 760-0027 say when you talked to them?

They sell a complete end for gen 57000.i found a company to rewind 9500
exciter.since it is not made anymore rewind or buy new complete end.

Have you considered using a PDG brand head from Powerhouse Generators? They have them on Ebay and should be as simple as getting the correct bell housing spec and rpm.

I have one that I just had rewond by electric company for 950.00 works great.would sell to you for less money ,I have a 98 power Tec and I found out I had to install a new head ,so i installed a head from Sanford also have 2 bastler voltageregs
