Been missing you guys this summer, trying to get coach liveable. Check out these photos of what you have to do when you are under the gun. I’m retired and wife a school teacher. While out for the summer break I decided to work on the coach. Wife works for a school district 80 miles away from our house in the next state. After some work on the coach in our driveway. The wife talks me into selling our travel trailer we stay in where she works. After several attempts I finally decide to go along with her thinking it won’t sell and I can keep working at a slow pace and get the coach just the way I want it. WELL, the travel trailer sells and I have been busting it to get the coach liveable. Amazing how creative you can be just to have the bare basics. Check out the 2X4 venting for the condensor unit… talk about doing what you have to, LOL! Anyway, hope you enjoy the pics!

Love that “high tech” TV stand in the 1st picture! Hang in there, I have seen home built buses with nothing more then a folding table, coleman stove, porta potty and air mattress. You are already way ahead of that. Keep working, your making headway.

Thanks guys for the words of encouragement! At least I got AC and a shade to work in this 94 degree heat! Feeling pretty good after the accomplishments today! Will get started on shower tomorrow! 🙂

Hang in there, Mike. Life gets better over time. Living aboard is a great motivator. Be thankful for a wife with a sense of adventure. My first shower was a wrap-around shower curtain hanging from the ceiling into a plastic box. While I was installing the AquaHot, hot shower water came from a copper coil in a pot of boiling water on the Coleman. Ah, the memories! 🙂 A twenty-four volt ceiling fan can be a life saver.
