David, I cannot remember the size, but what I can throw out for consideration is to get a non-vented battery such as an AGM start battery.

I suggest that because on my coaches the generator start battery is located in the electric bay and with all the terminals, relays and other components and devices that might be harmed by the gases that vent from a conventional battery I made the change.

I am sure your battery is buried under the shelf behind the inverters like mine so maybe the best option if you are going to replace it anyway is to just pull it out and bring it with you. They want a core when you buy a new battery anyway.
