    Don,

I just signed into the AITA app on my phone and laptop. The clickable NAPA logo is missing in action on both. Sure hope it’s just a glitch. I guess time will tell.

Just got an email from AITA. NAPA has CUTS TIES with AITA. NO AITA discount from NAPA

I was responsible for the NAPA discount program made available to Prevost Community years ago. After several phone calls I was able to get them to add Prevost Community to the AITA program. The big issue was use of the NAPA logo in Prevost Community text. Using that logo gave the discount legs for NAPA cards use at over 6000 stores in North America.

In the early days when the Jon / Tom Prevost school event were held NAPA donated lots of prizes to those events. Overall many Prevost Community members used NAPA with great loyalty.

I’am not surprised to read about the changes. Not seeing the NAPA / PC support. I’am sure this was probably overlooked but opens the door for the change.

I would be interested to know what text was redacted from the above post if it is not personal.

Personally, i have tried to use the AITA at NAPA twice and in neither case have they even acknowledged the existence of any kind of discount.

Fulltime Bill …..you have probably walked into a privately owned NAPA store. Use a company store and this problem goes away.

A code must be entered opening discount price. Some private owned stores resist this.

Obvious the field office has not notified all concerned since i used aita acct number Saturday for some urea. Got a great discount

Boateral, we really appreciated your original effort. With the bus and our 34 cars the discount helped immensely Not having the NAPA logo here probably wasnt the reason the AITA discount was terminated considering the letter stated AITA accumulative annual spending for 2020 resulted in $500,000,000 in business for NAPA

it was nice while it lasted

I just ask for the fleet discount in our local NAPA truck store. Brings prices down up to 50% and gets them in the range of almost competitive. Napa prices are insane without the fleet discount. E.g. 5 gal Delo 15W40 $120. $72 with fleet discount. Not a deal but doable.

I could not use the card in Duluth as the local dealer would not accept it. He was a jerk anyway, so I went elsewhere with my business. He had all kinds of reasons why he would not accept it, but they were all bogus.

Not that it matters as I don’t live there anymore.

Talked to my NAPA store manager of corporate store. He stated the discount had been bundled and was still good.

Friend purchased a pressure protection valve with the discount we have had in the past. So all is well at the Pasadena, TX, store.

ive been communicating with Jett Kuntz, who happens to live in Parker CO. He alluded to sane things about discounts. But wanted to talk with me about a special PC discount after the first of year, for Q1 as he put it.

Just purchased six golf cart batteries at our local Napa store in suburban Denver using our AITA discount. As per my conversation with Jett Kuntz from NAPA, our discount will remain active.

Which Denver store did you go to? I went to Lakewood a while back and no discount.
