What is occupancy like? Full up? lots of room?

I checked the pricing on their website. ARe their prices typical typical for nice RV resort that close to water?

Alvie – We can’t beat that deal!

Richard – Not many here right now, maybe 20 – 25, but they will get busier by January. Since they are new, I’m sure there will be plenty of sites available during the season. Once this place catches on and folks realize it’s here, that will likely change in the future. There is a 35 coach rally here next week for 3 days. The prices are less than comparable class A resorts.
