We have stayed there twice, once in June and over this past Labor
Day weekend. Developer/owner lives on site.

Really nice facilities, really nice owners, beautiful dock
and gazebo that goes out onto the Myakka River. Shopping, food, activities
close by. Pretty good Pizza delivery as well.

It is very quiet this time of year. In June it was us and
one other coach. Labor Day weekend, it was just us.

The directions to the resort are good although I would
suggest using the second Kerrigan Circle entrance.

If you are traveling West on El Jobean Road, their
directions are to turn right onto Kerrigan Circle. You can do it but it is a
pretty tight turn. I just barely
rubbed the sidewall of the drive tire on the curbing. If you continue West a
few hundred yards further, there is a second Kerigan circle. Still a little
tight but you can swing a larger radius and keep off the curb.

We will absolutely go back for some long weekends.
