  • My Secret Compartment???

Posted by Tom on December 20, 2014 at 4:07 pm

I’m thinking there is a compartment behind the center section of the front bumper….However, I’ve never seen any kind of latch or knob or catch, or anything else to be able to open it. Anyone happen to be familiar with this?

    Thanks….

    Tom,

Lay down under the front bumper and in the very center you’ll see the latch. You’ll even discover your cruisairs.

Mine has a small air valve that lowers and raises the bumper. The valve is located in the compartment below the driver, near the steering box.

Mine is like Sid’s and it is a pull type latch identified with a green label. It is under the shelf that the relays are above towards the front of the coach.

I could have sworn that Sid’s photo and signature line were to indicate he had an H.

    But I guess not.

They probably changed it in the later years, my vintage and Tom’s is manual.
