Posted by gary on June 14, 2013 at 12:51 pm

Was checking tires on my walk around the last day out thursday and noticed my mud flap on the port side behind the tag was tearing so I removed it just cut it off. Question I understand this is a Prevost item and the stainless was added by Liberty where can I buy the flap I cn put the stainless on can I order it online and how do I do that, Thanks in advance feels good to be back on the road! Gary

    Gary,

You can buy mud flaps a lot of places and then cut one to size, drill the required holes and you should be OK.

I suspect buying through a converter or Prevost might get a little pricey.

Having purchased a pair through Prevost, I can attest that you suspect correctly….

Any truckstop or truck parts supply will have mud flaps Gary, then just cut to fit as Jon suggested. I have a spare in my garage for just that occassion.

If you have a NAPA store near you most have a stock of mud flaps. Many sizes and thickness.

In my case I purchased the plain none logo and used the old for size and hole locations.

Cutting to match I used an old tin snips which left a clean shape line.

NAPA is very reasonable on this item.
