Most interesting phone call
We have the bus for sale online, well I received a phone call from an online auction company today. The sales person said he had seen my bus online and had buyers lined up looking for exactly what I had. On top of that, the buyers are willing to bid $2000 MORE than my asking price, one is supposedly in Glenwood IA, a mere 40 miles from me. It would only cost me $399 to put my bus with them, they’d handle all the paperwork, title, insection, etc.
All this sounded too good to be true, and normally this is the case. My gut said this had to be some sort of scam(couldn’t tell you one way or another) and when I declined he went into quite a tirade calling me some not so complimentary names and hoping my bus rots where it sits. He was still rattling a bunch of obcenities as I hung up on him.

Dan, that is difinitely a scam. If you send me $500 i’ll sell your bus. LOL!

D&J, you surely lost an opportunity to sell your coach. I was one of those people in line to buy it, but since you won’t list it with that upstanding citizen I no longer have an interest.

I will buy your bus.
I have applied for a loan from a bank in Nigeria. I have provided them with my Social Security Number and all bank account information necessary for the bank to verify my creditworthiness. I will contact you when I confirm receipt of the funds via wire transfer.
I also received an email from a government official in Iraq who fled the country with $15M and needs someone in the USA to help him transfer the funds to a domestic bank. I thought about responding, but I think it may be a scam.
