Mobile Wireless Internet
I saw the last posting regarding internet was over a year ago… and technology changes every week!
I currently have a Pepwave MAX BR1 4G LTE Router with a MobileMark MIMO roof-mounted antenna with both a Verizon and AT&T cards. It works wonderful for anywhere we want to go on the internet and pulls in great signal, however, I cannot log into my office. Our office server system is setup with a new SonicWall TZ400 all-in-one firewall/sslvpn. I can log into the SonicWall using my iPhone as a hotspot, but I cannot login using the Pepwave – get a timeout error. I had no problem logging in to the old SonicWall system that had a firewall separate from the sslvpn.
I am wondering if anyone else in the Prevost Community has had the same challenge and how they have been able to work through this issue. I am finding that I am having to learn everything I did not want to know about both systems to know which tech is giving it to me straight and which one is not. SonicWall tech is saying it is a Pepwave issue and Pepwave is saying it is a SonicWall issue. I am getting the feeling it is a little bit of both!!
