Moab Route
Anyone recently take 128 off I-70 to Moab instead of 191? I know it’s the scenic route following the river, but don’t want to beat the shit out of the bus on bad roads. CO I-70 westbound all the way across from KS sucks.

I was on it for the first 15 miles from Moab towards I-70 in May. I was in a rental car and recall it was in decent shape. May have even been new pavement.
No experience with the I-70 end.

Tom , I have circled the country for the past 6 years and have always taken the Interstates. That is why I bought the best driving machine for the mission . Then when i arrive I either take the 4×4 or MC to explore . Nobody on the road can do what we can so why not take advantage . Like they say Play to your strengths 🙂 Just my 2c

Tom, we were on it with the Jeep last August, it was fine. Wouldn’t have hesitated to run the bus down it then.
Beats the hell outa any of the roads around here after last winter.

Tom,
128 is a good two lane road with good pavement. It does have more turns and slower speeds than 191. It will save you about 11 miles of driving over 191 but cost you an additional 30 to 45 minutes. Well worth the time for the scenery.

Kirby, gossip is he is going to Coburg to trade up to a two slide coach.
It took him 10 years to go to a one slide so now maybe in two years he is going for the 2 slide, in 2024 it’ll be a 4 slide

Good grief, now he’s yelling at us. A 2nd slide, oh ya, that’s really on my priority list, not. 99/00 XL, doesn’t get any better than that..
I’m out west looking for a really nice Casino to spend Jon’s dues money. Winnings not really important, Jon would want his dues money to go to the reservation.
