Merry Christmas from Pass-A-Grille Beach, Florida

I still don’t think it can be a real Christmas unless there is snow on the ground. Now as time marches on, I am starting to re-think some of the old adges…..

When Mark talks about some snow on the ground remember in Duluth, Minnesota they talk in feet not inches

I don’t think snow is as big a deal for Mark as the temperature is.
When they say it is 20 degrees out those folks up there don’t even bother to mention it is MINUS 20 degrees because any time after Labor Day it could reach down that far.
Snow is just a side benefit because it limits the depth of ground frost.

I was watching one of those “buy the beach” TV shows and the Caribbean realtor said that you should live in an area that got no colder than your age.
So at 66, I should be living further South than I currently do.
