Maintenance Issues
I’ve read some different articles about having to replace the pneumatic seal around your slides and, replacing your Black/Grey water tank(s), depending on the Converter
Should the pneumatic seal & black/grey water tanks be inspected at time of purchase and, should they be replaced at an interval or simply when they fail?

The tanks in question are aluminum and aluminum will not last long in a plumbing system.
The slide seals are a maintenance item. The only inspection I can think of that will not involve some disassembly of the coach slide is to verify the seals are holding pressure. Since a lot of coaches now have slides and we don’t see a lot of posts relating to slide seal replacement that means they have a relatively long life, or nobody is talking about it.
