Main door actuator
My main door actuator will not lock the door with the remote, the remote will unlock the door, also the door switches inside the coach to lock it will only work when the ignition key is on. I probably have a broken or shorted wire, but figured I would get some help first. 2007 Marathon XLII

Sounds like it may be a short. I would also check the door striker pin and the plastic bushing on the pin. We had a similar type issue where the door would periodically not lock with the remote or the dash switch. It turned out to the that the bushing on the striker adjustment was missing and the door was not shutting properly every time and that kept the remote or dash switch from being able to lock it because it was out of alignment.
