Loss of gauges
Up in Vermont. Trip here was fine with no issues. Been parked for about a week at current spot and when I went to move the bus, it started fine, will go in gear and drive, but I do not have any reading on the oil pressure, engine temp, boost, tac, or speedometer readings. On the DID oil temp states no data, Batt voltage is normal 14.1, and trans temp reads low (as expected). When I go to Fault Diagnostic under Engine indicates MID (128) not responding and under Non Spec Sys indicates Mid 127 not responding. I ran the gage test and everything functioned for the test. I checked the connectors at the DDEC IV and the trans ECU and do not see any issues with the wires, as well as the connector at the instrument cluster. It seems to be a communications issue somewhere. The closest Prevost is about 6 to 7 hrs away in NJ and I hesitate to be driving blind for that length of time. Any thoughts out there on what and where I should check next? It is a 2001 Marathon H3-45 DD60 12.7

Oil pressure would be the only one I would want to confirm before heading out. Do you have a manual oil pressure gauge in the engine bay?

No manual gauge in rear. Talked with Prevo Pass as well as Truck ECM, who rebuilds DDEC IV and both think it could be wiring/connector issue on the 900&901 data line (c1 & c2 output on the IV). Prevo indicated ok to drive, but without know the actual culprit I am hesitant to move from where I am at. This weekend I am going to continue to wire trace, and if I do not find any wiring issues, bad grounds, etc, I will likely pull the ECU and send it out to get checked out. These guys in Texas said they would turn the unit around in 2 days for me. Prevost in NJ told me they could check out all the wiring, but do not have a means to checkout the IV ECU. I have an appointment with them on the 5th if I don’t have resolution beforehand. The ECU installed is a unit that was remanufactured back in 2011 (before my ownership).
