We purchased our previous Liberty from Lon. The place is nothing fancy, bordering on feeling like a used car lot. However, the purchase experience was a smooth as silk. Lon offered a guaranty for some period. We had a couple of items come up, including one significant Sub Zero problem. Lon reimbursed us quickly and fully without the first hassle. He had, probably still has, a great technician that was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I would buy for him again without hesitation.

    Typing for Bob again 🙂

Lon and Gregg (technician) are both first class. I have bought and sold many coaches through FLC and they were a pleasure to work with.

I bought from FLC in 2008. The salesman was my only disappointment but I was such a newbie that I did not even know how slimy he was until I was several months down the road. He avoided telling me the truth when I asked question and mis-directed before the sale and during my 10 hours of “walk through” and I did not know the extent of it until later. He was gone within weeks so he was probably on his way out.

My bus was 12-13 years old and was clearly sold “As Is” and I knew that. I did specify in the sales contract that one unknown be checked and when it proved bad the owner fixed it without hesitation. The detroit guy told me it was at least a $3000 fix.

My bus was a trade-in that had been in their inventory a very long time so I think the owner was glad to see it go. Greg was a tremendous help everytime I called him. He worked for Vantare for 9(?) years and started within months after my coach was converted. He was invaluable in knowing where things were and how it was plumbed and wired. I called him SEVERAL times.

Overall I think I bought the right bus for our family at a fair price so it was a positive buying experience.

We have purchased three coaches from Lon and each time was a quality experience. Lon keeps his promises and has been fair and honest with us. There are many multi-purchase customers, sign of a good dealer.

Greg is a great technician and really knows Prevost conversions.
